Welcome to Panther Place

 

 

Nestled just minutes from bustling downtown Melbourne and behind the vibrant FIT campus sits our first project, Panther Place. Chosen for it's central location, this property offers a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom,

furnished residence, where the rooms are treated as a separate unit. Residents applly separately for each unit, which is restricted to single occupancy.

 

 

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a comfy bed, bedside table, ample closet space, and a personal mini fridge. Two rooms include a bathroom, and one includes a private entrance.

 

 

And to ensure affordability, utlities are included. We only require the first month's rent and one month security to move-in, in addition to background and reference checks that we cover.

 

 

We recognized the need was great when we recieved 5000 clicks on our ad in less than a week, and over 200 applications. We even had couples and families inquiring about the property, suggesting a need for a family share concept. As we take in this feedback, we will continue to innovate with different properties, to serve all the needs of our community.
